[EventCalendar] Bug or... "keep events sep." & "Recent Posts" Sidebar Widget

Moin,
i chose to keep my events separate. I also use the Recent Posts widget for
the sidebar. Now when i browse the Mainpage, everything is fine. But when i
click a topic, the sidebar is showing also the events... they are hidden on
the mainpage.

and look at the "News"-Topic to the left...
is this supposed to behave like that?

I did some changes to the eventcalendar-widget, to show an rss-image with
the rss-feed for the "Upcoming Events".
Maybe you could add this as option...
