[EventCalendar] Multiple Calendars in IE

I don't use IE.

But my customers do - and since upgrading to WordPress 2.0.2 and  
Event Calendar 3.0.4, clicking on past or future months creates  
multiple calendars.

I don't see any other threads about this. (Maybe I missed them. I am  
new to this list.)
