I don't understand this problem report. What error are you seeing now?
If you are still getting the "...near 'IGNORE FROM..." error, then you are just using an old version of MySQL. Upgrade MySQL. Alternatively you could hack out the 'IGNORE' keyword wherever you find it in the EC3 code.
