[EventCalendar] big calendar error

This is precisely the error I got when I did the same. When I replace it
with 3.1.1_rc1 it's fine. So I'll deactivate it and *then* replace it, but
then the plugin won't activate at all, citing a "fatal error". Any help out
there for us?
