I tried deactivating all my plugins, but that query never seemed to work.

I do use custom querys on a bunch of my pages. For example, on the
homepage I have:

<?php query_posts('cat=6,9,11&showposts=5'); ?>

    <?php while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>
    	<div class="news">
		<a href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>"><?php post_image(true,
'news-image'); ?></a>
		<h4><a href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>"><?php the_title(); ?></a></h4>
		<small><?php the_time('F j, Y'); ?></small>
		<p><?php wswwpx_content_extract ( 'Read more &raquo;', 80, 35 ); ?></p>
		</div>
    <?php endwhile; ?>

    <p><a href="/?page_id=3">View all news &raquo;</a></p>

<h1>Featured Articles</h1>

<?php query_posts('cat=12&showposts=3'); ?>

  <?php while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>
		<h2><a href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>" title="<?php the_title();
?>"><?php the_title(); ?></a></h2>
		<?php post_image('default.gif', false, true, 'featured-image',
'post-image', true); ?>
		<?php echo c2c_get_custom('author', '<cite>by ', ' | '); ?>
		<?php echo c2c_get_custom('magazine-issue', '', '</cite>'); ?>
		<p><?php wswwpx_content_extract ( 'Read more &raquo;', 80, 35 ); ?></p>
   <?php endwhile; ?>

I tried deactivating the plugins in use here as I mentioned, but no luck.

Any other ideas? I'm almost positive everything was working fine
before the upgrade to 2.1, I was at 2.0.5, if that helps at all.

Thanks again,
Mark
