[EventCalendar] 'Ec3EditForm' is undefined

One problem I always have with IE is that its JavaScript is
completely unforgiving.
You are probably encountering a JavaScript error early in the page
load, and it terminates the rest of the scripting for that portion of
the script.
Can you check the error report?
