[EventCalendar] support for batch editing of dates within event

yeah, except that they amount to the same thing.

Enter your repeat into google calendar and import it, or import your outlook
calendar, or import your yahoo calendar...

Lots of people want it.   Lots of people want repeating events.   Both on
deck.

Neither making it into 3.2
