[EventCalendar] Styles stopped working after theme change

Hello,
I recently switched to the "Black 3Column 1.1" on my site -
http://www.crazyflipperfingers.com/ - and it seems I've lost my styles. If
the solution is simply "then use another theme" - then so be it. But if not,
I'd love some guidance. As you can see, the styles for the calendar - such
as the white box around it, the font colors on the numbers, and such - are
not working. With the black background on the site, it makes the calendar
less useful.

I'm assuming there is something in the sidebar of the theme that's messing
it up. But I can't figure it out! I'm okay with css and stuff, but I don't
know much about php and plugins, so I'm kind of lost...

This is the code for the sidebar I am using:

<!-- begin r_sidebar -->
<div id="sidebar2">
<?php if ( function_exists('dynamic_sidebar') && dynamic_sidebar(2) ) : else
: ?>

<p><img align="middle"
src="http://theimageurl.png<http://www.crazyflipperfingers.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2007/03/cff_logo_180.jpg>"
/></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p> Event Calendar:
    <li>
      <?php ec3_get_calendar(); ?>
    </li>

    Upcoming Events:
    <li>Events
      <?php ec3_get_events(5); ?>
    </li>
            </p>
<?php endif; ?>
</div>
<!-- end r_sidebar -->

I'm going to bed now! Will check for replies in the morn.

Thanks. This calendar rules.
