[EventCalendar] ec3_get_start_time() question

I think I'm going crazy.

I keep getting errors when trying to use this:

ec3_get_start_time()

It says the function is undefined.

AND I can't find it anywhere in the EC3 plugin. I've searched all the  
code.

I'm using it within the loop.

WHERE is it in the plugin? Just to make sure I'm not going crazy.
